Summary

Anna is forced to go to a school in Paris during her senior year. She is miserable, until she makes some new friends, and maybe someone more than a friend. But, they’re both taken. This book will bring you on a unforgettable journey with both ups, and downs.

My Thoughts

This book is really great! Not only is it a romance story in the romance capital, but it also brings up an interesting discussion. What is the point of contemporary novels? These are real events happening, people die everyday! And we read them for entertainment?! Do you think authors write contemporary novels to inform about real-world events, or are they writing because it’s entertaining? Questions I will always wonder. Back to the book! I think the setting is great, and the plot is magnificent. But it’s just like every romance book, a happily ever after. For once, can we not have a Disney princess ending??
